Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Mythop Leisure Club Limited (formerly Guardian Sports Club (Lytham) Limited) will be held on Thursday 23rd October 2025 at 12.00 p.m. at Ribble House, for the following purposes:-
1. To approve minutes of 2024 A.G.M.
2. To receive the Directors' Report and Accounts for the year ended
31st December 2024 accompanied by a statement from the directors.
3. To elect Directors and Officers
4. To appoint the General Secretary
Please note that in accordance with Article 34, at this meeting Ian Weafer and Liz Holling retire by rotation and are eligible for re-election.

A member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint one or more proxies to attend and, on a poll to vote in his stead. A form for the appointment of a proxy can be obtained from the Secretary. Forms of proxy must reach the Secretary not less than 48 hours before the time for which the meeting is called.
